We do not keep a physical office within DFW. We employ remote & DFW based reps. In doing so, we minimize your commute and you have more free time on your hands.

We provide a CRM, VoiP calling/texting, list data, a TC to assist you, document storage, training, direct deposit post-closing, and many more benefits for performing reps.

Upon being onboarded you will be invited to your own seat inside of HubSpot (CRM), ClickUp (for updates, team management, doc assistance, etc.), several options of skiptracing software, Vumber for VoiP, Google Drive (for storage). You are allowed to choose your own comping and list building software.

Just like any other sales position in real estate this is commission based 1099 Contractor work. You are not an employee but a rep hired by the company on an "at-will" basis. Commissions are paid within 5 days post closing of each deal you brought to the table.

Yes! We offer tiered performance bonuses beginning at $25,000, $35,000, $50,000, $75,000, and up to $125,000 per year in commissions. For our highest earners we offer luxury products, paid vacations, or cash of equivalent value. Outside of this typical structure we offer "Media Packages" for our performing reps which include (Spotify, Hulu, Netflix, & more) for your convenience.

All new sales reps automatically get placed into Junior Acquisitions. You typically are expected to cold-call, work your immediate network, find off-market properties, etc. All data will be accurately logged into the CRM for proper tracking and metric measurements; these are essential to make sure you reach your performance goals and obtain well-earned bonuses. You will answer directly to a senior sales rep. You are also expected to properly store and log all notes within the CRM as well as all documentation within the provided Google Drive folders.

Any agent that brings on another performing sales rep will receive an additional $300 per closed transaction of that referred rep. In short, if your buddy closes 3 deals you receive $900 to your next paycheck.
